Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Telecalling Manager to lead our patient communication and lead-conversion team. In this role, you will manage outbound and inbound calling operations, ensuring that inquiries generated from digital marketing campaigns are successfully converted into clinic consultations and treatment bookings. 2–4 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
