Culinary degree/diploma or 3+ years of professional experience as a Chinese Commi or Chef in a reputed hotel or resort. Mastery of wok cooking techniques, knife skills, and authentic Asian flavor profiles. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen team.
