We are seeking an energetic, observant, and team-oriented Floor Supervisor to manage designated sections within our hypermarket in Kozhikode. In this role, you will work directly on the sales floor, guiding customer service staff, monitoring shelf inventory, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. 1–3 years of supervisor or senior sales experience in a supermarket, retail chain, or hypermarket.
