We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Floor Manager to oversee daily operations on the hypermarket floor in Kozhikode. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large team, optimizing product layouts, and driving sales while ensuring an exceptional, smooth shopping experience for our customers. Graduate or Diploma holder in Retail/Business Management or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years of floor supervision experience in a hypermarket, supermarket, or large retail showroom.
