The Accounts & Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's financial and administrative operations by maintaining accurate accounting records, processing invoices and payments, managing petty cash, assisting with payroll and statutory compliance, and following up on receivables and vendor payments. The role also involves maintaining employee and company records, organizing office documentation, coordinating administrative activities, managing office supplies, and providing operational support to project, design, and production teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
