Job Description
A Site Supervisor for Interior Works is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and furniture installation activities at project sites. The role includes supervising carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, ceiling, flooring, and finishing works to ensure execution as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The Site Supervisor coordinates with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure smooth workflow and proper material handling at site. Responsibilities also include monitoring workmanship, maintaining site discipline and safety, preparing daily progress reports, resolving on-site issues, conducting measurements, and ensuring the project is completed accurately within the scheduled timeframe and budget.
