We are seeking an energetic and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our Moozhikal outlet. In this role, you will lead the floor team, optimize product availability, and ensure a seamless, high-quality shopping experience for our customers. Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates. Experience: 2–5 years of retail experience, preferably in a supermarket or hypermarket environment. Skills: Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and fluent communication in Malayalam.
