Job Description
Identify and develop new customers for printing services. Promote products such as brochures, magazines, books, packaging materials, labels, calendars, flyers, and commercial printing solutions. Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and build strong business relationships. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management.
