Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment for technical roles (welders, fitters, electricians, engineers)
Manage manpower planning as per project requirements
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and workforce discipline
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
Manage payroll, attendance, and contract labor
Coordinate training, safety programs, and employee welfare
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR
7–15 years of HR experience (shipbuilding / heavy industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws and bulk hiring
