Accomadation and food allowed . Schedule shifts, assign daily duties, and ensure adequate coverage for the front desk, housekeeping, or food and beverage teams. Coach and onboard new employees to meet hotel service standards. Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate VIP arrivals, daily events, and special promotions to the team.
