Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Consultants to meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Performance Tracking: Conduct daily briefings, monitor sales pipelines, and track team achievement percentages (walk-ins, test drives, bookings). Sales Closing: Assist team members in handling customer objections, closing critical deals, and overseeing smooth vehicle deliveries. Compliance & Discipline: Ensure the team strictly adheres to company policies, CRM data entry, and attendance/punching standards.
