Job Description
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers. Monitor site progress and report daily work updates to management. Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained at site. Check and verify measurements, levels, and site layouts. Coordinate material requirements with store and purchase departments. Monitor manpower productivity and site discipline. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues. Maintain site records, reports, and documentation. Assist in project planning and timely completion of works. Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
