Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments. Monitor site quality, safety standards, and compliance with regulations. Track material consumption and coordinate with the purchase/store department. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues at site. Verify measurements, bills, and subcontractor work progress. Ensure effective manpower utilization and productivity at site. Monitor project costs and assist in budget control. Attend project meetings and provide technical support to management
