Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Service Engineer 1. *Inverter Complaint Resolution:* Investigate and address customer complaints related to inverters promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. 2. *Solar Installation Issue Resolution:* Attend and resolve any complaints or issues arising from solar installations, ensuring that systems operate efficiently and meet performance expectations. 3. *Solar Regular Maintenance:* Conduct routine maintenance on solar installations to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning panels, checking connections, and addressing any potential issues. 4. *Solar Shutdown Maintenance:* Perform comprehensive maintenance during shutdowns or planned maintenance periods to prevent issues, extend system lifespan, and ensure consistent performance. 5. *Inverter Installation:* Carry out the installation of inverters, ensuring proper connection, configuration, and adherence to safety standards. 6. *Water Heater Installation:* Install solar water heaters in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring proper connection to existing systems and addressing any technical issues. 7. *Technical Troubleshooting:* Diagnose technical problems in solar installations, inverters, and water heaters, applying analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. 8. *Customer Interaction:* Interact with customers professionally, providing clear explanations of service activities, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 9. *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of service activities, including details of complaints, resolutions, maintenance schedules, and installations. 10. *Collaboration with Other Teams:* Coordinate with the godown incharge for timely availability of required materials, and collaborate with project supervisors to schedule and prioritize service activities. 11. *Continuous Learning:* Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices, attending training sessions as necessary to enhance technical knowledge and skills. 12. *Safety Compliance:* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during service activities, promoting a culture of safety within the service team. 13. *Zigjo Software Updates:* Incorporate the responsibility of updating customer site information in the Zigjo software for effective task management. Regularly input relevant data, service activities, and resolution details into the system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. This ensures seamless coordination across the service team and provides a comprehensive overview of customer sites within Wegasolar Renewables Pvt Ltd, facilitating efficient task management and reporting.
