An Event Labourer provides the essential physical support required to transform empty venues into fully realized event spaces. Working under the direction of an Event Manager, their primary responsibilities include loading and unloading equipment, assembling stages, arranging seating layouts, and installing decorative elements or lighting rigs. They are also responsible for the rapid "strike" or disassembly of the setup once the event concludes, ensuring the venue is cleared efficiently and equipment is safely packed for transport.
