In this role, you will be responsible for tracking daily sales, managing expenses, and handling customer inquiries and orders directly through WhatsApp. You must have a Degree in any field, a solid grasp of basic Excel for record-keeping, and fast typing speeds to ensure quick responses to clients. Since you will be managing online orders, a good functional knowledge of reading English is essential to process shipping labels and interpret customer requirements accurately.
