Your role involves greeting visitors warmly, maintaining beautifully organized display counters, and building lasting customer relationships through polite and persuasive communication. To be successful in this position, you must have completed your Plus Two (12th Grade) and possess a friendly, patient personality with a professional appearance. Strong communication skills in Malayalam are essential, and while prior retail experience is a plus, we value candidates who are honest, quick to learn about jewelry trends.
