We are seeking an Service Incharge for a Full Time positiion at Showroom. This role is open to Male/Female candidates and is based in Angamaly. The successful candidate will oversee the service department’s daily operations—managing and training technicians and service advisors; scheduling and optimizing repair workflows; ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, approving repair estimates, and maintaining high quality service standards; controlling parts and inventory levels; coordinating with other departments; monitoring KPIs like labor revenue, turnaround time and cost efficiency; enforcing safety, compliance, and environmental regulations; and working to grow the service business in line with profitability and brand goals.
