We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Male/Female Restaurant Captain to join our Resort in Kottayam, for a Full Time position. The restaurant captain will be responsible for supervising the dining area, ensuring excellent guest service, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, managing table reservations, and handling guest complaints or requests efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a thorough understanding of food and beverage service, and the ability to lead a team in delivering a high-quality dining experience.
