We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solar Site Supervisor for a Full Time role at our Solar energy company located in Cherthala, open to Male/Female candidates. The solar site supervisor will oversee on-site solar installation activities, manage field teams, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project managers to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in solar installations, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
