We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sous Chef for a Full Time role at our Resort located in Munnar, open to Male/Female candidates. The sous chef will assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and contributing to menu planning and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
