Social Media Content Creator Job Opening in Kochi

We’re looking for a creative and consistent Social Media Creator to plan, produce, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms. You’ll help grow our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable engagement through high-quality visuals, captions, and storytelling. Key Responsibilities Create and edit short-form video and photo content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Develop content ideas aligned with brand goals, audience interests, and trends Write captions, hooks, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that encourage engagement Manage posting schedules and ensure content is delivered on time Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, watch time, clicks) and recommend improvements Collaborate with marketing/team members to align content with campaigns and promotions Maintain brand consistency (tone, style, visuals) across all channels Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience creating social media content (portfolio or examples required) Strong video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) Ability to write engaging captions, hooks, and short-form scripts Understanding of basic analytics and content optimization Creativity, reliability, and strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience with content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) Familiarity with SEO basics for YouTube/shorts and social search Experience creating content for specific industries (e.g., fitness, beauty, SaaS, real estate) Community management experience (responding to comments/messages)
