The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality training and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations Assist in managing day-to-day branch activities Ensure smooth functioning of training programs and schedules Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and learning environment 2. Sales & Business Development Achieve admission and revenue targets Handle student inquiries and convert leads into enrollments Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and partners Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and promotional events 3. Team Management Supervise faculty and administrative staff Monitor team performance and provide guidance Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations 4. Student Support & Quality Assurance Ensure high-quality training delivery Handle student feedback and resolve complaints Monitor student progress and placement support activities 5.
