Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Course Counseling team to achieve admission targets and improve conversion performance Ensure effective lead management, including proper assignment, follow-ups, and conversion tracking Train and guide counselors on course knowledge, job market insights, and sales techniques Implement structured counseling processes and monitor call quality to enhance performance Coordinate with marketing for lead flow and with HR for performance tracking.
