Job Description
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas daily, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing furniture. Linen Management: Change bed linens, replace soiled towels, and properly handle dirty laundry. Restocking Amenities: Replenish toiletries, toiletries, tea/coffee, and minibar items to required standards. Maintenance Reporting: Inspect rooms for damage, broken appliances, or malfunctioning lights and report to maintenance/supervisors promptly. Guest Service: Respond efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, or complaints with a polite and professional demeanor. Security & Privacy: Adhere to safety protocols, follow security procedures regarding keys, and protect guest privacy.
