Job Description
Baking Support: Measure and mix ingredients, roll dough, and operate ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters under the direction of a head baker. Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and maintain kitchen, tools, equipment, and workstations, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and sweeping/mopping. Production/Prep: Prepare ingredients, decorate pastries/cakes, and package or label finished goods for sale. Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, take orders, provide product information, and manage inventory/displays. Inventory & Safety: Monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
