The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, coordination, and timely completion of projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards Handle site measurements, material tracking, and reporting Assist in planning and scheduling of work Resolve site-related technical issues Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Requirements: ITI/Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Basic knowledge of construction processes and site execution Ability to read and understand drawings Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel and work at different project sites Preferred Skills: Knowledge of steel structures / PEB projects Familiarity with AutoCAD or related software Problem-solving and team management skills Salary & Benefits: Salary as per industry standards Travel allowance for site-related work Accommodation provided (for site locations)
