Job Description – Guest Relations & Homestay Manager 1. Welcome guests and manage smooth check-in and check-out processes. 2. Handle reservations, inquiries, and bookings via phone and online platforms. 3. Ensure excellent guest service and promptly resolve complaints or concerns. 4. Supervise housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and property standards. 5. Coordinate maintenance and vendor services as required. 6. Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies at all times. 7. Maintain records of guest details, payments, and daily reports. 8. Promote the homestay through positive guest engagement and reviews.
