We are looking for an Service Technician for a Full Time position at Showroom. This role is open to Male/Female candidates based in Kannur. The successful candidate will oversee technical operations in the workshop, supervise and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians, ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs, monitor workflow and quality standards, liaise with service advisors and parts departments, enforce safety and environmental regulations, approve repair and maintenance estimates, maintain performance metrics such as service turnaround time and job quality, and assist in continuous improvement of service processes.
