Manual and Automation Tester Job Opening in Thiruvananthapuram

We are seeking an Manual and Automation Tester for a Full Time position at Software Company. This role is open to Male/Female candidates based in Thiruvananthapuram. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to enhance efficiency and reduce human intervention; programming and coding automation software solutions; simulating and testing automation processes to ensure functionality; identifying and resolving system malfunctions and inefficiencies; collaborating with other engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions; conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety standards; continuously monitoring and upgrading existing automation systems for improved performance; documenting all aspects of the automation process; providing technical support and training to end-users; integrating IT and OT systems to ensure seamless communication between different technology layers; creating and maintaining project timelines and budgets; evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance automation capabilities; and undertaking root cause analysis and corrective actions for system failures. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with automation software and hardware platforms are required.
