Job Description
We are seeking an commi 2 for a Full Time position at Three Star Hotel. This role is open to Male/Female candidates and is based in Kottayam. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g., Indian, Chinese, Continental), assisting in menu planning, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and stock levels, supervising kitchen staff, and coordinating with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
