What You’ll Do (Your Job) Make Outbound Calls: Call people on our list and use a script to explain how our insurance and financial services can help them. Find New Customers: Figure out if a person is interested and set up meetings for our sales team. Keep Records: Use a computer to keep track of who you called and what they said. Learn the Basics: Stay updated on the different insurance plans we offer so you can answer questions easily. Hit Your Goals: Work hard to reach your daily and weekly calling targets. Who We Are Looking For Experience: It’s a plus if you’ve worked in sales or insurance before, but the right attitude is what matters most! Great Speaker: You should be able to speak clearly in Malayalam and English. Positive Mindset: You don’t get discouraged if someone says "no." You stay polite and keep trying.
