We are seeking an experienced and passionate South Indian Chef for a Full Time position at our Restaurant located in Ottapalam, open to Male/Female candidates. The south indian chef will be responsible for preparing and overseeing the preparation of authentic south indian dishes, managing kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene, and creating innovative menu offerings. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of south indian cuisine, excellent culinary skills, and strong leadership abilities to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
