We are seeking a skilled Commi 2 to join our culinary team on a Full Time basis at our establishment located in Kasargod. As part of a renowned Resort, the candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic north indian cuisine, managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of traditional recipes, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
