Sales Executive Job Opening in Kottakkal

• Convert inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns into qualified opportunities and revenue • Identify, visit, and engage active construction sites, including: o Villas & independent houses o Apartment projects o Renovation projects o Resorts & hospitality developments • Pitch and sell Webuild Solutions, Interior works, Developer services, and White Brick services • Understand project requirements and prepare proposals in coordination with technical and estimation teams • Build and maintain a strong network of contractors, engineers, site supervisors, and consultants • Generate new leads through referrals and manage incentive / referral programs for contractor & engineer partners • Conduct regular site follow-ups to move opportunities from enquiry to closure • Maintain and update CRM daily with leads, site visits, proposals, and deal status • Coordinate internally to ensure timely proposals, technical clarifications, and order execution • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to pipeline growth
