Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Cafe Executive cum Manager to handle daily cafe operations at our Uncle Peter’s franchisee. Female candidates are preferred. Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn are welcome. Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage daily cafe operations smoothly • Handle billing, cash counter, and basic reporting • Supervise staff and ensure proper service • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality standards • Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction • Manage inventory and stock requirements • Ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed Requirements: • Female candidates preferred • Freshers or candidates with minimum 1 year experience in any industry • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Leadership qualities and problem-solving ability • Willingness to work in shifts • Basic knowledge of billing software is an advantage
