Key Responsibilities 1) Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner 2) Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries 3) Maintain client records and booking details 4) Coordinate with photographers regarding session schedules and client requirements 5) Organize and maintain office files (digital and physical) 6) Manage office supplies and maintain studio cleanliness 7) Assist in handling photo deliveries and customer follow-ups
