We’re Hiring | Field Route Sales Executive (FMCG) Brand: HERAKLEON Branch: MANJERI,MALAPPURAM Industry: FMCG – Auto Care / Car Care Products Employment Type: Full-Time Job Route Areas * Malappuram to Calicut (District Areas) About the Role We are a leading manufacturer of car care products and are looking for dynamic Field Route Sales Executive to sell our products to car care & detailing shops. Key Responsibilities *Visit car care product shops and take orders on the spot * Deliver products directly from the van * Build strong relationships with shop owners and educate them about our products * Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising * Achieve assigned sales targets * Work in accordance with company policies Eligibility Criteria * Age: 23 – 35 years * Qualification: +2 or above * Valid 4-Wheeler driving licence mandatory Experience: – Minimum 2 years of field sales experience preferred – FMCG / Auto Care sales experience is an added advantage * Strong communication & negotiation skills * Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts Remuneration & Benefits * Attractive Salary * Food Allowance * Performance-Based Incentives Additional Information * Preference will be given to candidates from nearby areas (Malappuram)
