Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the night shift to handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats. The role includes resolving issues, providing accurate information, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also escalate complex cases when required and follow up with customers to ensure closure. Staying updated with product knowledge and meeting service targets are key expectations. Requirements: Experience in customer support preferred, excellent English communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently at night, familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
