A Voice Process Executive is responsible for speaking with research scholars and students over the phone, explaining our PhD assistance services, and converting inquiries into admissions or project enrollments. This role focuses on handling calls + supporting sales growth. Main Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to research scholars and students Receive inbound inquiries and explain services clearly Provide information about PhD guidance, thesis writing, publication support, etc. Convert inquiries into enrollments Follow up regularly with interested candidates Maintain call records and update CRM/system Achieve monthly call and sales targets Maintain professional and polite communication Sales Responsibilities: Promote research services effectively Identify student needs and suggest suitable packages Convince and close admissions Generate revenue through phone-based sales Maintain long-term relationship with scholars
