Job Description
Perform evening turndown service, which includes turning down beds, tidying rooms, replenishing linens, and refreshing guest bathroom amenities. Public Area Cleaning: Thoroughly clean high-traffic areas (lobby, hallways, public restrooms) when usage is low, including vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting. Guest Requests & Service: Promptly answer guest calls, delivering items such as extra pillows, towels, water bottles, or ironing boards. Security & Maintenance: Check for locked doors, ensure the building is secure, and report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaks) to the supervisor. Cleaning & Sanitization: Sanitize surfaces, disinfect high-touch areas, and empty trash in guest rooms and corridors. Stock Management: Replenish cleaning carts (maids' carts) with supplies, linen, and toiletries for the next day's shift.
