Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Academic Counselor to manage student admissions, handle lead generation activities, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The role requires strong communication skills, CRM expertise, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns Follow up with prospective students and parents via calls, emails, and WhatsApp Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, eligibility, and fee structure Handle the complete admission process from inquiry to enrollment Update and maintain accurate student data in the CRM system Track lead status and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admissions planning Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets Provide post-admission support and ensure student satisfaction Prepare daily and weekly admission and lead reports for management
