The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept through completion: meeting clients, understanding requirements and budget, preparing designs and technical drawings using CAD/BIM tools, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, collaborating with engineers and contractors, overseeing on?site construction to ensure design fidelity, managing project timelines and costs, and delivering aesthetically pleasing, functional, and safe.
