Job Description

We are hiring an enthusiastic and communicative CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE to join our Resort on a Full Time basis. This position is open to Male/Female candidates and is based in Kovalam.The ideal candidate should have good verbal communication skills in relevant languages, a polite and persuasive approach, and the ability to handle outbound and inbound calls professionally. Responsibilities include contacting potential or existing customers, explaining products or services, handling customer queries, and maintaining call records. Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
