Job Summary: The Creative Coordinator will support the marketing and design teams by managing creative projects from concept to completion. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external agencies, maintains brand consistency, and assists in the execution of marketing campaigns, visual assets, and promotional materials. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage day-to-day creative projects including digital, print, and video content. Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all materials align with brand tone, style, and quality standards. Liaise with external vendors, photographers, printers, and creative agencies. Assist in brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative brief preparation. Track project timelines, approvals, and feedback to ensure deadlines are met. Support social media, digital marketing, and event branding activities. Maintain a repository of creative materials and marketing collateral. Prepare reports on creative project status, deliverables, and performance metrics.
