Contact Plus Two students and their parents through telecalling for counselling and admission support Understand and assess students’ educational background, interests, and aptitude Provide counselling on suitable courses, colleges, and career pathways Schedule walk-in appointments, counselling sessions, and test schedules Make follow-up calls to convert enquiries into admissions Update CRM systems with call records, follow-ups, and student status Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and admission conversion support Handle basic social media activities such as responding to enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Follow up on leads generated through social media campaigns and online enquiries
