Job Description
We are looking for candidates to carry out property valuation site inspections across Kottayam, Ernakulam, Idukki, Alappuzha, and Kollam districts. The role involves extensive travel and fieldwork, including visiting assigned residential, commercial, and land properties, capturing property photographs, collecting relevant site and property data, and preparing and submitting detailed site visit reports within stipulated timelines. This is primarily a remote, field-based position, and the employee is not required to report to the office daily; instead, they may travel directly to site locations as assigned. Willingness to travel extensively, ability to use a smartphone, and familiarity with the local areas are preferred. Any previous experience in property valuation will be considered an added qualification.
