Job description • Carry out repair and maintenance work (engine, brake, suspension, clutch, electrical etc.). • Support R&D vehicle preparation for trials, endurance tests, and validation testing. • Assist engineers by sharing test observations and failure analysis inputs. • Ensure vehicle readiness, safety, and performance as per test requirement. • Coordinate with team for spare parts replacement and tool handling. • Strong knowledge in automobile service and mechanical repair. • Ability to diagnose issues in engine, transmission, brakes, electrical systems. • Hands-on experience in vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance. • Basic documentation and reporting skills. • Willingness to work in field testing / test track environment
