Job Description
Job DescriptionKey Roles & Responsibilities:1. Customer Service & Branch Operations
Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide accurate product/service information.
Enter walk-in and lead details into company software and update the status daily.
Address customer queries professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Ensure the safe movement and submission of gold and cash to Head Office/regional office or other branches as required.
Maintain proper grooming standards, wear company uniform or formals with formal shoes.
2. Sales & Lead Management
Identify and generate business opportunities through cold calls, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
Create and maintain a database of prospective customers, follow-up until conversion, and support customers throughout the closing process.
Execute marketing initiatives and distribute leaflets/pamphlets near by radius to increase brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
3. NBFC Coordination & Business Development
Visit nearby NBFCs regularly to generate business leads.
Build and maintain a healthy NBFC network and ensure consistent business inflow.
4. Sales Process Oversight & Inventory Management
Oversee complete sales cycle from greeting to negotiation and final closing.
Track daily sales performance and ensure targets are met.
Maintain stock records, monitor stock ageing, and coordinate for replenishment.
Ensure all operational equipment (POS, weighing machines, etc.) are functional.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and transactions.
5. Compliance & SOP Adherence
Follow all safety, compliance, stock handling procedures and company SOPs without deviation.
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure branch security protocols are followed.
6. Meetings, Reporting & Inter-Branch Support
Attend weekly, monthly, and quarterly review meetings without fail.
Be flexible to support and work from other branches when required based on business needs.
Ensure timely reporting, assigned tasks completion, and coordination with Regional Office /Head Office.
