We are seeking an Service Manager for a Full Time position at Car Dealer. This role is open to Male/Female candidates based in Kottarakkara. The successful candidate will oversee all workshop operations—including scheduling and supervising technicians, ensuring repair quality and safety standards, managing parts inventory and procurement, liaising with customers and insurance claims, analyzing repeat repairs and implementing corrective actions, maintaining efficiency of workflows, monitoring performance against targets such as turnaround time and customer satisfaction, and leading, training, and developing teams to sustain high standards of workshop performance.
